BLUE MONDAY DOMAINS FOR SALE

Nine out of the total of ten domain names that were seized by United States Federal Authorities as a result of indictments were unsealed on Blue Monday and are now on sale.On Friday the domains that were seized were updated and reflected their availability. “This domain name is currently available for license or acquisition” is the message that shows up on the web pages whose domains are directed.

Those parties that are interested can send an email to [email protected], this is a company that describes itself as a service provider and has a specialty of “recycling intellectual property assets with a value to the emerging licensed US iGaming industry, as well as to Int’l markets.”

The domains that are registered to United States Poker Marketing, Affiliate, LLC whose main principle is the gaming attorney who is David Gzesh. According to the information on his website Gzesh “provides legal and consulting services to clients interested in Internet Gaming law and operations, both US and foreign-based.”

According to his LinkedIn profile, Gzesh has served as a CEO of True Poker from the years 2001-2007. He has also served as the President of the Yatahay network from 2003-2007 where True Poker has been the flagship skin.

The domain names that were seized in the Blue Monday sting operation are:

Goldenarchcasio.com is still displaying a seizure notice, but it is still unclear if this domain is up for sale or if the operator has not updated the information on the page. The domain names have been seized as a result of a undercover operation in which the United States Department of Homeland Security joined with the US Attorney’s Office for the District of Maryland and the local law enforcement agencies to get together to target online gambling businesses.

However, Goldenarchcasino.com still displays the seizure notice. It is unclear whether that domain is unavailable for sale or if the operator mistakenly did not update the contents of the page.

The domain names were seized as a result of an undercover operation, in which the United States Department of Homeland Security joined in with the US Attorney’s Office for the District of Maryland and local law enforcement to target the online gambling businesses. The indictments and seizures took place around a month after the US Department of Justice for New York unsealed indictments against the world’s largest poker sites and came to be known as Black Friday.
