The Danish Government with Spillemyndigheden legalized online poker in January 2012. The Danish Poker Rooms are not ring fenced but a part of the international poker networks.
Having a Danish Poker License allows you to
- Advertise in Denmark
- Have Danish content
- Have offices & employees in Denmark
- Guarantees tax free winnings
