24hPoker one of the first online poker rooms in the world was sold to a successful Finnish gaming group called iGame for only €4.5 million.

24hPoker, Martins Poker & Staff Poker, former property of Casagaming Ltd, was acquired by iGame Limited in April 2009. Till this point Entraction owned a majority share of Casagaming Ltd so Entraction owned a poker network as well as a poker room on its network.

The valuation of the assets were €4,500,000 of which Entraction's share was €2,565,000.

The deal made iGame Ltd, which operates the Finnish poker room PokeriHuone, the biggest operator on the network.

The deal also included two smaller poker rooms called Martins Poker and Staff Poker which was migrated with 24hpoker and no longer exist.

If you consider the purchase price of 24hPoker, an internationally renowned brand, it seems to have been a great success for the Finnish Gaming Group where Patrik Antonius holds a significant portion of the shares.

In 2012 iGame developed a poker platform called Fast Poker which is promoted by large operators such as Unibet and Betsafe. Fast Poker is the same type of game as Rush Poker which was first seen on Full Tilt Poker.
